We were lucky enough to stumble across the Tuesday Pups Facebook Page, as part of a Border Collie Facebook group… and boy we are so glad we did, because we can’t remember life without our precious Lila. She is everything we could have hoped for after losing our 9yo Border Collie suddenly at the end of ‘22.

Emma, Graeme and Morgan made the whole process so smooth, they ensured that Lila was loved, cared for, given a beautifully nutritious diet and allowed her to experience all a puppy should in the early days & weeks of a dogs life. They did everything to prepare her for a happy & healthy life. They not only treated Lila like she was a part of their family (along with every puppy of the litter) but our family was also accepted into theirs straight away. Nothing was ever an issue, we could ask all the questions and they were more than happy to assist with anything. We will always be a part of the Tuesday Pups Family and we are definitely honoured to be so.

DNA TESTING - WHAT & WHY?

Prior to breeding, we decided to DNA test Ruby Tuesday and we were so thrilled to learn that she was 100% clear of any of the testable diseases.

We have been very particular when choosing stud dogs to ensure that they have also been DNA tested and have good results.

All of our dogs have been DNA tested and their results are available at the time of purchase - for future records.

We do not individually DNA test our puppies but through parentage, there is no risk to our puppies developing any of the testable diseases.

We choose Orivet DNA testing and select a Full Breed Profile which gives you results for all Border Collie diseases and traits.

You will need to invest $3500-$4000 to own one of The Tuesday Pups. To secure your puppy, please pay a 10% deposit to our nominated bank account.

Cost

We choose not to breed pedigree dogs - we focus on health, nurturing and love. We breed for emotional support and heart healing.

Pedigree

We choose to vaccinate our puppies at 6 weeks of age. Our puppies are wormed with Drontal suspension for puppies at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks.

Vaccinate

We will always support your choice to return your puppy to us. We pride ourselves on being open and transparent and working with our puppy families.

Refund

We encourage you to explore different options eg. road vs air to transport your puppy - we can assist with a drop off if required.

What are ENS and ESI for puppies?

Early Neurological stimulation (ENS) and Early scent Introduction (ESI) are simple exercises to which you expose puppies from days 3-16 to help aid their development, resilience and coping mechanisms.

These early puppy stimulation exercises don’t take long to perform but can pay off huge dividends in the long run.
